In line with our policy of continuous improvement, Moorland Rider reserves the right to modify products, designs or specifications at any time without prior notice.
2 Year Guarantee
All Moorland Rider products are covered by a 2 year guarantee from the date of purchase.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper care, or issues arising from use outside of intended purposes.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Complaints and Claims
Any complaints or claims relating to products supplied by Moorland Rider should be made by our direct customers in the first instance. We are unable to consider complaints made directly by end consumers where the purchase was made through a third party.

Moorland Rider reserves the right to review all submissions and to decline publication of any review that is considered misleading, biased, inaccurate or not genuine. All reviews must be honest and independent.
Conditions of Sale
All orders placed via this website, or as a result of information contained on this website, are subject to Moorland Rider’s standard Conditions of Sale. Copies are available upon request.
Delivery Times
While we aim to meet all quoted delivery timescales, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Moorland Rider accepts no liability for orders that do not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Governing Law
