Returns & Quality Guarantee Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Moorland Rider purchase. All our products are designed for everyday use and are backed by our 2 Year Quality Guarantee.

Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, clean and in original condition.
Original packaging should be included where possible.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Defective Items

If your item develops a fault within 2 years of purchase, we will be happy to help.

Our guarantee covers:

Manufacturing defects
Faults in materials or workmanship during normal domestic use

Our guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper care

Processing Returns

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 7 days from receipt of your return.
