Wash Bag FAQs

Your most common questions - answered clearly and simply.

What size bag do I need?

Small – 41 x 54 cm → Best for collars, leads, fly fringe or small items.
Large – 58 x 75 cm → Great for dog towels, single numnah, fly nets, item of clothing.
Jumbo – 75 x 80 cm → Perfect for stable/fly rugs, dog beds, larger or multiple items.

Make sure items can move freely in the bag for proper cleaning.

If your item is too big to fit in your machine, it’s too big to wash at home - consider professional cleaning.

Can I use my regular detergent?

Yes! But for best results

✔️ Use liquid detergent inside the bag

What temperature should I use?

Check the washing label for the item you are washing and follow that.

✔️ If unsure wash at 40°C 

Our recommended Max temperature is 60°C

Can I dry items in the bag?

Yes!

✔️ Hang to dry or

✔️ Tumble dry with the bag on high heat

Can I wash multiple items at once?

Absolutely

✔️ Please don't overload - items need to move around during a wash cycle.

Can I wash trainers or sports kits?

Yes!

✔️ The bag protects your drum from banging and helps contain hair, mud, or grass.

Can I wash muddy or hairy items?

Brush off as much dirt and hair as possible first.

✔️ Shake out the bag after each wash.

Will the orange colour bleed onto my laundry?

Nope!

✔️ Safe for white or coloured items inside.

Can I wash velcro items?

Yes, but hair is especially attracted to velcro, make sure
